Are the roles remote?
It depends on the role. Each opening on Job One+ states the work arrangement, whether remote, hybrid or on-site, along with the required country or time zone. Check that before applying and, if you have questions, ask during your first conversation with the team.
Does the process include psychometric tests?
For some roles, yes. When it applies, we send you a link to Alobri Psychometrics to complete the tests online, with instructions and an estimated time. Results are used only as one input in the hiring process, alongside interviews and experience.
