Time and attendance software records when each employee starts and ends work, compares those punches against the assigned shift and flags late arrivals, absences and overtime. It replaces paper timesheets and disconnected time clocks with a central, auditable record that HR, managers and payroll can review across every location.
Alobri Time (time.alobri.com) offers three ways to clock in: a facial recognition kiosk with liveness detection on a tablet or browser, an iOS and Android app that verifies location with a geofence and selfie, and web clock-in from approved IP addresses. Punches are matched to shifts, turned into time exceptions and rolled into pre-payroll you can export to your payroll system.

How much does Alobri Time cost?
The Time plan is USD 2.09 per active employee per month, with a USD 40.31 monthly minimum and a one-time USD 149 implementation fee. Time + Pre-payroll is USD 3.13 per employee, with a USD 68.11 minimum. You pay the greater of the per-employee total or the minimum. Prices exclude taxes, and annual billing gets 10% off.
Do I need to buy time clocks?
No. The facial kiosk runs on a tablet or in a browser, and the app runs on your employees' iOS and Android phones. If a site needs fingerprint, RFID badges or physical terminals from brands like ZKTeco, Suprema, HID or Hikvision, that hardware is quoted separately.
How does it prevent buddy punching?
At the kiosk, facial recognition with liveness detection makes it hard to use a photo or clock in for a coworker. In the app, every punch stores a selfie and is checked against the site geofence. On the web, punches are only accepted from IP addresses you approve.
Does it work with my current payroll system?
Yes. Pre-payroll with hours, absences, tardiness and approved overtime exports to payroll systems such as CONTPAQi. It can also flow straight into Alobri payroll, and other systems can connect through APIs and webhooks scoped during implementation.
Can I use it across several countries?

How is biometric data protected?
Access is role-based: each manager sees only their team, and views and changes are logged. Before enabling facial recognition or geofencing, update your privacy notice and collect employee consent with guidance from your legal counsel.
