How much does time and attendance cost?
The Time plan costs USD 2.09 per active employee per month, with a USD 40.31 monthly minimum and a one-time USD 149 implementation fee; it includes the facial kiosk, geofenced app, punches and attendance reports. Time + Pre-payroll costs USD 3.13 per employee, with a USD 68.11 minimum, and adds exceptions, approvals and payroll export. Prices plus taxes.
Do I need to buy time clocks?
No. The facial recognition web kiosk runs on a tablet or computer with a camera, and the app runs on iOS and Android phones. If you prefer fingerprint, RFID cards or physical clocks from brands such as ZKTeco, Suprema, HID or Hikvision, they are quoted separately as optional hardware, along with installation.
Can I export attendance to my payroll system?
Yes. With Time + Pre-payroll, exceptions, hours and approvals are consolidated and exported to your payroll system, such as CONTPAQi in Mexico. If you prefer to run payroll in Alobri, the HCM Operations plan includes facial attendance, pre-payroll and local payroll with up to 4 runs per month.
