How much does Alobri cost for a manufacturing plant?
Time + Pre-payroll costs USD 3.13 per active employee per month, with a USD 68.11 minimum, plus taxes and a one-time USD 149 implementation fee. HCM Operativo, which adds employee files and local payroll with up to four runs per month, costs USD 8.34. Annual billing includes a 10% discount.
How do I handle rotating shifts and weekly rosters?
You set schedules by shift, line or person and assign rotations by period. Punches are compared with each operator's current shift, so late arrivals, absences and overtime are calculated against the real roster. Shift swaps can be requested and approved in the platform.
Can I use the fingerprint clocks I already own?
The Alobri facial kiosk runs on a tablet or browser with no special hardware. If you want to keep fingerprint, RFID or terminals from ZKTeco, Suprema, HID or Hikvision, they are quoted separately as optional hardware, and integration of their records is reviewed during implementation.
Does it integrate with SAP or my production ERP?
Yes. Alobri integrates with SAP HCM through BAPI, IDoc or flat files, and with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and ADP through APIs and webhooks. An ERP connector is also available to exchange authorized data. Scope is defined in a technical assessment.
Can I try Alobri before signing?
