Alobri HCM Global WorkforceGlobal payroll across the AmericasWhat is multi-country HR software?
Multi-country HR software is a platform that centralizes workforce data and processes across several legal entities and countries. It lets you apply common corporate policies, follow local payroll and employment rules, handle multiple currencies and languages, and give leadership consolidated metrics without stitching spreadsheets together.
Alobri HCM operates in 18 countries across the Americas, from Canada to Argentina, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. We start with a global HR template built on corporate catalogs and a global-local matrix that spells out what changes in each country. Local payroll, international mobility and administrative control of contractors and staffing vendors are layered on top.

What does your company gain by unifying HR across countries?
One model, with local differences in plain sight
You define shared processes once and document country variations, approved by local owners. Headquarters can see what is standard and what is an exception, while each country keeps its own rules.
Payroll built on each country's rules
Payroll runs on local rules: CFDI 4.0, IMSS and ISR in Mexico, PILA in Colombia, AFP in Peru and Chile, INSS in Brazil and Nicaragua. Your team reviews pre-payroll before closing each run.
Consolidated reporting with shared definitions
Multinational reporting uses a corporate data dictionary and documented currencies. Headcount, cost and movements are compared across countries on the same basis.
Travel and mobility under control
Travel requests, advances, expenses, relocations and international assignments follow approval routes and configured policies, with receipts and reconciliation in the same platform.
Contractors with clear expirations and costs
Track vendors, contractors and their documents with expiration dates. Timesheets and service orders are matched against what is actually invoiced.
How do you roll out global operations in Alobri?
- 01
Design the global template
We define corporate catalogs, entity structure and the global-local matrix that separates shared processes from country-specific ones.
- 02
Adapt policies by country
Differences in each jurisdiction are inventoried, and local owners approve them before they are configured.
- 03
Roll out each country
Every new operation goes through local discovery, configuration, testing and sign-off before going live.
- 04
Consolidate and refine
Once countries are live, leadership works from consolidated reports, and you adjust the model when an entity opens or a policy changes.

When does multi-country HR software make the biggest difference?
A group with subsidiaries in Mexico, Colombia and Peru
Each subsidiary closes payroll on local rules, and regional leadership reviews headcount and cost in a single report. Shared policies stay consistent and differences are documented.
Opening operations in a new country
Before the first hire, a local discovery is completed and requirements are routed to labor specialists. The new entity joins the global template without rebuilding processes.
Projects with contractors and traveling staff
An energy or logistics company coordinates external technicians, travel expenses and temporary assignments across sites. Expirations, approved hours and expenses are reviewed in one place.

Alobri HCM works with local payroll and social security rules in every country where it operates, and the HR obligations calendar organizes reminders defined by local advisors. Country policy adaptation records what changed, who approved it and when it takes effect.
For matters that need legal judgment, the specialist labor review routes each jurisdiction's requirements to contracted professionals. For contingent staff, the platform helps you keep vendor documentation current, such as the specialized services registration required in Mexico. Legal responsibility stays with each entity; the suite gives you structure and evidence.

Can I see reporting for all countries together?
Yes. Multinational HR reporting, at USD 149 per company per month, compares operations using a corporate data dictionary and documented currencies. Leadership can review headcount, movements and cost by country and at group level with the same definitions.
Is payroll for each country calculated in the platform?
Yes, using local rules: CFDI 4.0, IMSS and ISR in Mexico; PILA in Colombia; AFP in Peru and Chile; INSS in Brazil and Nicaragua. Pre-payroll is editable and off-cycle runs are supported. If you already use a payroll provider in a country, you can integrate it via API or file.
