How much does Alobri cost for a logistics company?
The Time plan starts at USD 2.09 per active employee per month, with a USD 40.31 monthly minimum, plus applicable taxes. If you also need payroll, HCM Operativo costs USD 8.34 per employee. Each plan has a one-time implementation fee, and annual billing includes a 10% discount.
How do drivers clock in if they never visit the warehouse?
They use the Alobri Time app on iOS or Android. When they clock in, the app checks that they are inside an authorized geofence and captures a selfie as evidence. You can define geofences for yards, customer sites or delivery points, and punches land in the same report as the site kiosk.
Can I keep my current time clocks?
Yes. The facial kiosk runs on a tablet or a web browser, with no special hardware. If you prefer fingerprint, RFID badges or physical terminals from brands such as ZKTeco, Suprema, HID or Hikvision, they are quoted separately as optional hardware and their integration is assessed during implementation.
Does Alobri integrate with my payroll system or ERP?
Yes. You can export pre-payroll to systems such as CONTPAQi or connect Alobri to SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or ADP through APIs, webhooks or flat files. Each integration is scoped in a technical assessment that confirms data objects, frequency and reconciliation tests.
How long does implementation take across several distribution centers?
It depends on the number of sites, shifts and data sources. The project starts with discovery, continues with site, schedule and rule configuration, and ends with testing and role-based training. In a demo we review your structure and share a plan with phases and owners.
