How much does Alobri cost for an energy company?
The Time plan costs USD 2.09 per active employee per month, with a USD 40.31 monthly minimum, plus taxes. HCM Operativo, which adds employee records, pre-payroll and payroll, costs USD 8.34 per employee. Health and safety modules are added from the catalog, and annual billing includes a 10% discount.
Does the app work at sites with weak signal?
The Alobri Time app validates location with a geofence and captures a selfie at each punch. During implementation we review connectivity at your sites and choose the best capture method for each one, whether the app, a tablet kiosk or a physical terminal quoted as optional hardware.
Can I manage contractors as well as my own staff?
Yes. The external workforce area lets you register each contractor's workers, document expiry dates, site access clearance and timesheets that require approval. That way you can compare authorized services against what each vendor invoices.
How is my workforce data protected?
Access is configured by roles and permissions, with audit trails to review defined events. Biometric data is used to verify identity when recording attendance. Security, retention and privacy scope is agreed in the contract and can be extended with governance modules.
Can I see a demo before deciding?
