To book an Alobri HCM demo, choose an open slot in the scheduler on this page, which runs on Google Calendar. Once you confirm, you will receive an email invitation with a Google Meet link, with nothing to install. You can also request your demo on WhatsApp.

Is the demo free?
Yes. The demo is a free online session with no obligation to buy. It lets you see the platform with your own scenarios and helps the Alobri team understand your operation before sending a proposal with pricing, plan and implementation details.
What do I need to join?
Just a computer or phone with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. The invitation includes a Google Meet link that opens directly in the browser with no software to install. If you want to see the mobile attendance app, keep an iOS or Android phone handy.
Can the demo be in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Alobri HCM is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. When you book, tell us your preferred language and the countries your company operates in, so we can prepare the walkthrough with the local setup you need, such as payroll in Mexico, Colombia or Brazil.
What happens after the demo?
We send a proposal with the recommended plan, headcount, implementation fee and, where relevant, the psychometric tests included, add-ons such as extra tests or attendance hardware. Once you approve it, we agree on the implementation plan and a go-live date.
