What does the Alobri HCM API offer?
The Alobri HCM API lets your systems read and send data to the suite, and webhooks notify your application when an event happens on the platform. You can sync employee records, push attendance punches to payroll or feed your dashboards without manual data entry.

Sync org structure and employee data with SAP HCM via BAPI, IDoc or flat file, or with SAP SuccessFactors.

How to request API access
API access is granted to customers, partners and integrators on request. Message us on WhatsApp or email hola@alobri.com with your company, the system you want to connect and your use case. Our technical team reviews the request, shares the documentation and issues credentials for a sandbox environment.
Credentials are issued per company and per integration, so you can control and revoke each one separately.
Integration best practices
Start in the sandbox, decide which system is the source of truth for each data point and log sync errors for review. If your project involves SAP or a large migration, our implementation team can help you design it.

Is the Alobri API public?
No. Documentation and credentials are provided on request to customers, partners and integrators with a defined use case. This lets us support each integration, enable a sandbox environment and make sure every access is tied to a company and an accountable owner.
Does the API cost extra?
API access to integrate your own systems is reviewed as part of your commercial proposal. Integrations that require development or configuration by the Alobri team, such as SAP connectors or data migrations, are quoted based on project scope.
Which systems does Alobri integrate with?
Alobri HCM supports integrations with SAP HCM via BAPI, IDoc or flat file, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Deel and Power BI, plus exports to payroll systems such as CONTPAQi. If your system is not listed, tell us your use case and we will review the best approach.
How is data protected over the API?
Each integration uses its own credentials tied to your company, and you can revoke them at any time. The technical documentation describes the authentication methods and security recommendations. We recommend granting each integration only the access it needs and never sharing credentials across systems.
