What is the Alobri HCM consultant certification?
The Alobri HCM consultant certification is a training program that validates a person can configure the suite's modules, lead an implementation and handle the most common support cases. It is designed for partners, accounting firms, integrators and customers' in-house HR or IT teams.
The program opens on request. Once your registration is approved, we confirm the schedule, format and the modules that apply to your profile.
Certification path
The path moves from general to specific. Each stage combines study materials, guided sessions and hands-on exercises in a sandbox environment.

Deep dives into the modules you will implement, based on your profile and the clients you serve.

How you are assessed
To earn the certification you must pass the knowledge exam and submit the practical case, where you configure a client scenario from scratch. The Alobri team reviews your case and gives you feedback. Passing criteria and validity are shared at the start of the program.

Who can take the certification?
It is designed for independent consultants, partners, accounting firms, integrators and members of Alobri customers' HR, payroll or IT teams. You do not need prior experience with the platform, but a working knowledge of HR or payroll processes will help you get the most from the specialty modules.
How do I request a seat?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hola@alobri.com with your name, company, country and the modules you are interested in. The team reviews your request and confirms the schedule, format and, if applicable, the program fee before you enroll.
Is the program online?
Yes. Materials and guided sessions are delivered online, and you practice in an Alobri HCM sandbox that you access from your browser. You can take it in English, Spanish or Portuguese, depending on each cohort's availability.
What does certification do for me?
