What does an HR software implementation include?

HR software implementation is the process of taking an HR and payroll platform from contract signature to day-to-day operation. It covers understanding your processes, preparing and loading data, configuring rules and catalogs, testing with real cases, training each role and defining who can see and change information.

At Alobri we work in phases, with a scope accepted by both sides, named owners and acceptance criteria at every step. Timing depends on your headcount, the number of data sources, integrations and the countries you activate, so we set it with you in the plan instead of quoting a generic figure.

What does a structured implementation give you?

Clear scope from day one

Process discovery sets priorities and gaps before configuration. You know what is in phase one, what comes later and what is out of scope.

Clean data in the new platform

Migration includes mapping, validation and pilot loads. Source data errors are caught before go-live, not in the first payroll run.

Configuration that mirrors your operation

Catalogs, units, locations, shifts and parameters are set to your structure and tested with real cases from your company.

Users ready for go-live

Role-based training prepares administrators, managers and employees with sessions, materials and exercises for the process each one runs.

Access and traceability from the start

Roles, segregation of duties and audit trails are defined during implementation, not afterwards, so every sensitive change has an owner.

Typical implementation scenarios

Moving off spreadsheets

A retail chain brings its headcount, stores and schedules over from scattered files. Data cleansing and pilot loads catch duplicates and gaps before the time clock and pre-payroll go live.

Replacing a legacy system

A financial services company migrates the agreed history from its previous system. Parallel tests run, and segregation of duties separates the people who enter data from those who approve it.

Phased rollout across sites

A hospital or plant launches a pilot site first and then the rest. Each phase repeats testing and training with lessons from the previous one.

How does implementation protect your employees' data?

During implementation we define roles and permissions based on each position's responsibilities, and the segregation of duties matrix is tested before go-live. Audit trails record the agreed events so you can review who made a change and when.

Data retention policies and the privacy request workflow help you meet the personal data protection laws of each country where you operate. The HR obligations calendar and the ethics reporting channel round out governance with reminders and restricted-access reporting.

Clear per-employee pricing

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to implement Alobri HCM?

The one-time implementation fee depends on the package: USD 149 for Time and Time + Prenómina, USD 350 for People, USD 750 for HCM Operativo and USD 1,250 for HCM Integral. Migration, integrations or change management are quoted on headcount, sources and connections. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on headcount, how many data sources need to be migrated, integrations and the countries you activate. That is why we do not quote a generic timeline: in discovery we build a plan with phases, owners and dates that we review with you before starting.

What information do I need to have ready?

You will usually need your employee roster with job data, org structure, locations or work sites, shifts and schedules, and pay elements if payroll is in scope. In discovery we give you the list of templates and validate each file's quality with a pilot load.

Can you migrate data from my current system?

Yes. Data migration and cleansing, with a reference list price from USD 300 one-time, includes mapping, validation and pilot loads of the agreed data. We decide with you which history to bring over and in what format, so you do not load data you will not use.

How do you control who sees sensitive information?

With roles and segregation of duties configured during implementation, plus audit trails to review defined events. You can restrict access to payroll, employee files or assessment results by role, location or country, based on your internal policies.

Who needs to be involved from my company?

We recommend a project lead, an owner for each process (for example payroll, time or recruiting) and, if there are integrations, someone from IT. They validate discovery, review test results and approve each phase before go-live.

Can I see the platform before signing up for implementation?

Yes. Book a demo in Google Calendar and you will receive a Google Meet invitation. In the session we show you the platform, review your current setup and explain which phases would apply to your company so we can prepare an implementation proposal.
