Alobri terms and conditions

By registering for, subscribing to or using Alobri HCM, Alobri Time or alobri.com, you accept these terms and conditions. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Alobri is a human capital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that includes, depending on the plan, time and attendance with geolocation and photo evidence, pre-payroll, payroll, core HR, recruiting and talent assessment. The service is intended exclusively for business and professional use.

The company must register with accurate information and keep it up to date. The account administrator is responsible for protecting login credentials, for the users they create and for all activity in the account. Alobri may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.

You must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable law. You may not use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to compromise its security or to record people's data without the required legal basis or consent.

The service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, currency, applicable taxes and the implementation fee are those stated in the accepted quote, proposal or order form or, if none, on the pricing page in effect when you subscribe.

Where a free trial is offered, your registered payment method will be charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Alobri does not store your full card details.

You can cancel your subscription from the admin panel or by asking Alobri. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, partial periods are not refunded and access is deactivated when the paid period ends. Different terms agreed in a signed contract prevail over this section.

Alobri or its licensors own the platform, its code, design, trademarks and content. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while it is active. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the platform without Alobri's prior written authorization.

Alobri processes personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Privacy Notice. The customer company is responsible for the employee data it records, including geolocation and clock-in photos, and for informing employees and obtaining their consent where the law requires it.

The platform is provided as is and as available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Alobri is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data, profits or business opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, Alobri's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Alobri may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through a notice in the platform, and continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless a contract signed by the parties provides otherwise.
