Alobri privacy notice

Alobri, operator of alobri.com and the Alobri HCM suite, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. We process your data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and, where applicable, the laws of the country you contact us from.

When you visit the site, request a demo or build a quote, we may collect the following data.

The forms on alobri.com do not ask for sensitive personal data or financial data. Please do not include that kind of information in free-text fields.

When your company subscribes to Alobri HCM or Alobri Time, the platform stores data about its employees, such as identification, contact details, attendance records, location at clock-in, evidence or facial recognition photos and payroll information. Location is recorded only at the time of clocking in and with the device's prior permission, and photos are visible only to authorized administrators.

Alobri processes this data to deliver the contracted service: running time and attendance, verifying identity and work location, generating exception and overtime reports, managing the subscription and payments, sending service communications, improving the platform and meeting legal obligations. The customer company decides what data it records and must inform its employees and obtain their consent where the law requires it. Specific terms are set out in the service agreement.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. It is used by the Alobri team and by providers that help us operate, such as hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe), who are bound by confidentiality and may use it only to provide their services to us.

Some of these providers may store information on servers located outside Mexico. In those cases we seek to ensure they apply protection measures equivalent to those required under Mexican law.

Contact and quote data are kept while there is an ongoing business relationship or proposal, and for up to two years afterward to handle follow-up questions. Data recorded in the platform is kept while the company account is active and for as long as needed to fulfill its purposes or legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

We use SSL/TLS encryption in transit, store passwords using hashing, restrict server access and apply reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect information against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

You have the right to access, rectify or cancel your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). To do so, email enterprise@alobri.com with the subject "Personal data" and include your name, the email you used with us, the right you want to exercise and a description of your request; we may ask for a document that verifies your identity.

We will respond within 20 business days at most. If you are an employee of a customer company and your request concerns data your employer recorded in the platform, you can also send it to your employer.

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language, theme, quote and consent choice, plus a technical session cookie for email verification. Analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are activated only if you accept them. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

We may update this privacy notice. Each new version will be posted at this same address with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will ask you to accept it again the next time you use the quote builder or let you know by email or in the platform.
