In Alobri HCM, health and safety connects to employee records, your location structure and training. We coordinate records based on the agreed local scope, and for work sites in Mexico we add NOM-035, either on the platform or as a managed service, to address psychosocial risk factors.

How much does the health and safety module cost?
Occupational health and safety is USD 99 per company per month for each block of up to 1,000 active employees. Incident management and safety inspections are USD 49 per month each. Medical surveillance and emergency plans are one-time projects at USD 650. List prices exclude applicable taxes.
How much does NOM-035 cost with Alobri?
NOM-035 on the platform is USD 2.50 per person with a USD 99 minimum, for one campaign with 12 months of access. The managed service is USD 8 per person with a USD 399 minimum and includes professional review, an executive session and an initial plan. Both exclude taxes.
Does it work for companies outside Mexico?
Yes. Incidents, inspections, medical surveillance, ergonomics and emergency teams are configured to the agreed local scope in any of the 18 countries where Alobri operates. NOM-035 applies only to work sites in Mexico and is purchased separately.
Who can see employees' medical data?
Only the roles your company authorizes. Occupational medical surveillance is coordinated with authorized providers and access to that data is restricted. Audit trails let you review who viewed or changed sensitive information and when it happened.
Can supervisors log incidents from their phones?
The platform runs in the cloud, and authorized owners can record incidents, findings and inspections with their own login. During implementation we define which roles log events, which ones investigate and who approves closing each action.
Does it connect with employee training?
Yes. Health and safety shares the suite with employee records and the learning module, so you can link a finding or incident to pending courses and track training for emergency teams and staff exposed to specific risks.
